The Latino community not only comprises the nation's largest racial/ethnic minority group but now also comprises the second largest group of voters in the U.S. and has the highest growth rate of registered voters in midterm and presidential elections. The ABA Commission on Hispanic Legal Rights and Responsibilities presents a distinguished panel of the Secretaries of State of Arizona and other community members discussing the impact of the rapidly rising electoral power of the Hispanic community in shaping election protections, advancing legal challenges to defend voting rights, and protecting against misinformation eroding our U.S. democracy.

Esteemed panelists include:
Adrian Fontes, Arizona Secretary of State
Thomas Saenz, President and General Counsel of MALDEF
Juan Espinoza, Senior Civil Rights Advisor, UnidosUS (Moderator)

Presented by the American Bar Association Commission on Hispanic Legal Rights and Responsibilities
